Reloadable chip

1. The reloadable chip serves to get into the water park faster.

2. It is non-transferable and can be used only by the person whom it has been issued for.

3. The chip wristband deposit is 5€/piece.

4. Reloadable chips of individual water parks are not compatible so every client needs to borrow 1 chip for Tatralandia and 1 chip for Bešeňová. This applies to all age groups. Colours: Bešeňová water park – blue for children, white for adults; Tatralandia – green for children, red for adults.

5. Reloadable chips can be used together with all season pass kinds.

6. The number of issued reloadable chips is not limited.

7. Reloadable chips can be used to pass only selected turnstiles.

8. Once you pass a turnstile, a photo of you is taken and automatically compared with the photo in your Gopass account.

9. Any misuse or selling of your chip to another person results in blocking the chip without any compensation in accordance with the water park rules.

10. If any reloadable chip is damaged or lost, the respective deposit cannot be returned to the client. A new chip has to be borrowed for another deposit.

Reloadable chip for children under 6 years old for clients with a purchased Summer AQUA SEASON PASS or Summer MAXI SEASON PASS:

1. After purchasing the season pass, you will find a coupon in the Gopass section – 1x coupon for a child from 0 to 5.99 years old.
2. Add the child to your Gopass account as a family member – fill in the child’s name and date of birth.
3. Upload the child’s photo.
4. In the Gopass coupon section, after selecting Tatralandia or Bešeňová resort, you will find the coupon for the child’s season pass (for children under 6 years old), which needs to be activated in the child’s name within the age category of 0 to 5.99 years.
5. After activating the coupon, pick up the chip at the information center during your next visit to the water park – you will need to present your Gopass card and the child’s health insurance card.

Need more chips for the little ones?

1. Add a child aged 0 to 5.99 years old to your Gopass account as a family member.
2. Send an email with your Gopass card number requesting the addition of another coupon for the child to your Gopass account at the email address: info@gopass.sk.
3. After processing your request, a second coupon will be assigned to you, which you can activate according to the previous instructions and pick up the chips.
4. The process of handling your request may take a few days. During this time, you can, of course, visit the water park by purchasing a standard ticket at the entrance.
